Money is not withdrawn and balance is get deducted from account

Name of company/service: Axis Bank Pvt Ltd

Hi,

I have made three transactions at HDFC ATM Loacated at Manchar on 11th May around 6pm.

First two transactions were for rs 10000/- and last one for rs 5000/-

I didnt get money from HDFC ATM for last transaction ie.Rs 5000/- but my balance is get deducted from my account.

I have filed compalaint at customer care of Axis Bank. But didn`t get any proper reply.
