Refund not received

I booked ticket on 9 th January 2013 from Hyderabad to goa, the transaction failed in the first attempt and I received the message saying I will get the refund within 7 days and I can book another ticket. So I booked another ticket from Hyderabad to goa for same date. And sent email to red bus for the refund.

After 3-4 back and forth emails they said your tickle its confirmed. So I got 2 tickets from Hyderabad to Goa. And when I asked to cancel and refund for the layer confirmed ticket, they have not refunded yet it’s already been more than a month.

Please help me with this issue.
