Name of company/service: Reliance GSM

sir, i purchased a Reliance GSM sim 20 days befor…The number is 9020801097..i paid 50 rupees for that..The Sim is is not activated till this moment..When i ask there they don’t know anything..They cannot replace my money and ID proof…What can i do sir??????? Please help me..my other number is 9895829951
