Refund not processed

I had ordered one bag from Amazon and i cancelled that but the amount didn’t reflect in my account. Amazon had provided me an Authorization code 820929.
But the bank is unable to reflect my money back into my account .
Amount from Amazon has already been processed.It has been done on 14/11/18 .

I just want to get back the amount which has been pending from that day.
