Hi this is Augustine from Hyderabad…I have take a loan from Capital First long back and the same got closed And received NDC(No Due Certificate) but capital First have updated my Account as Settled in the CIBIL
I have approched Capital First and also sent mails to Nodal Team of Capital First but they just Ignore and send reply mails that the same is closed…
My Account was into Write-off and when I have approached the Managers for the closure of my Accounts they have given the Full Amount and I have pod the same in oneshot,but later after a Year I was stun the see my account updated as settled..
Kindly request to please check and help my account in getting updated as Write off-Closed instead of Write off-Settle..Due to this All my Loan Application are getting Rejected
