I have booked 2 tickets on 10th jun,2013 via makemytrip.com. Due to technical error at makemytrip.com end my booking failed.
When I asked for refund of money makemytrip.com gave me a bank reference number and said that they have already processed my refund on 13th Jun, 2013.
When I checked with bank there is not any transaction in my account with given reference number. I have sent my bank account statement to makemytrip.com but still they are not taking action.
