I purchased a Llyod window AC in 2008. After exactly 5 years its compressor stopped working. The complaint was attended by the company and they replaced the compressor. I had to shell out Rs.9000/- for the same and I was promised one year warranty for the compressor. This was replaced by one of their service centres in west Delhi viz. M/s. Universal Electronics, Vishnu Garden, Newe Delhi. But after only 45 days the compressor stopped working. And now after registering my complaint on 22/6/2013 two engineers came to my place but could do nothing. I have been calling their helpline since then and talked to their Area Manager but tol no avail. Now the Manager has stopped taking my call. I am desperate and urge people who are reading this never buy a Llyod product in life.
