Refund not paid after cancellation of Dacca- Hongkong flight dt 8th June,2012 by Bangladesh Airlines

I booked a ticket from Biman Bsangladesh website for oneway journey from Kolkata to Hong Kong dt.8th.june,2012. The Kolkata office of the Airlines informed me on 6th. June,12 over telephone that Dakha to Hong Kong flight dt.8th. June 2012 has been cancelled. As such I prayed for cancellation of the itinerary & Refund on 6th. june,2012 in the prescribed Refund Request Form. When I enquired about the matter on 10 th.June,2012 I was advised to send the Refund Request Form again and I sent the Refund Request Form again on 10b th. june’ 2012. But since then I have Neither received any Refund Nor any communication from the Airlines. The itinerary details are given below:-
