sir,

i am neeraj saraswat,a prfessional mechanical engineer.i choosed the service of idea cellular.my number is
+91-9718267181.On 03-07-2012,idea activated the service of devotional pack on my number without my wish .i comlained this thing to their customer care but after some time they ignored me and did’t give any reponse to me.they deduct inr 30 from my phone balance.please take strict action against them.
with positive result.
