i have ordered two packs of sweets to be delivered to US on rakshabandan to one of my brother staying there.
out of which one was delivered but the other was not , though the money was already paid by me.when i requested for a refund they are saying we r investigating please bare with us n its already a month…asper them its incomplete address then how could they deliver my other order?
they hav ethe worst customer service when i asked for refund they put me on hold for an hour.
if anybody planning to go fr online transaction plz be aware…and if fnp gets a copy of this complaint then for yr reference my order no. was 701136957
