I have purchase a data card from MTS franchise outlet from Aadi teleservices , Dwarka Sec – 5 , New delhi – 110075 . Just after 2 months the data card has stopped functioning however in a good condition . I went to the service stores and handed over to them as they promised / Commit to have it back in a 10 – 15 days but its been a months could not receive it .
Neither MTS customer vcare personnel is entertaining .
