Refund of Money from YEPME

I would like to share my worst experience with Yepme Shopping . I have raised my Refund complaint against the duplicate products by YepmeShopping in the month of august which i have received from them. Their customer care executive had asked me to return the packet which i have done in the month of august,now these people are saying that they have not received the 4 products but they have only received 2 now how is it even possible because i have sent only 1 packet with 6 products . now Customer care executive says that their supervisors are not available,they will call me back as soon as they will be available , but nothing has happened so far i am shocked beyond belief and surprised that despite several follow ups via phone and emails still YEPME has not refunded me the legitimate money that they had promised to refund me long time back as per their business policy. In all communications their executive give some or other excuses.
This is not acceptable under any sound business ethics, I thought that YEPME would be a fair and transparent company to deal with but my experience has been horrible and would recommend all my friends and relatives to stay away from YEPME.
now i have no option left with me but to file a legal case against YEPME .
