cancellation of produduct while order was placed without any prior information

Sir,
I am sachchidanand Engg. Assistant at All India Radio-Gangtok. I was purchased a product from snapdeal.com on dated 10/10/2014. my order Id was 3116151085. I got a mail after few time where mentioned that your product is placed an dispatched by 14/10/2014. today when I was tracking my product on snapdeal site then there was a message that, your product is cancelled. there was no any information in this regard from company by email or on phone. I was socked because it was a gift for my friend. now I am feeling cheated. please provide me justice.
