I had a booking on 20th Feb,2015 at Spice jet (Flight SG322) through IBIBO . I have cancelled the booking on 6th Feb,2015 through Spice jet customer care, as the flight was cancelled for some technical reason. My PNR number was – K3GPYI .Spice jet told that i will receive my refund money within 15-20 days.
They also told that they don’t have the responsibility to refund the money after ticket cancellation .
IBIBO or agent is only responsible to refund my money. On 20th Feb,2015 , I called to the customer care of IBIBO and they told I will receive my money within 5-7 working days. But I did not received yet my refund money.
In between I have already sent them complain mail through their online support link . After that I have already got the mail two times that I will receive my money within 5-7 working days. But today it has been completed almost 21 days.
Please help me out.
