Not recieved my net balance

I have went to retailer yesterday 4:11 pm and asked him to make a recharge of 155 rs . But I have not recieved my net balance. When I asked that retailer he said that he had posted a complaint bt it still pending. He said to call coustmer care. I was fed up . No action is being taken with regard of my net balance. So please respond to my complaint and make it resolved veryyy soon…
