Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked an order reference No 28307542333273 dated 18.04.2014 on KAUNSA.com, Kindly note that after several request over phone & Email, still I have not received the product or refund.
Each time they are saying that material is ready for dispatch and we will give you dispatch details very soon. But still almost 93 days has gone but no response. This is totally fraud case and cheat with customer and it is a big harassment.
I want right judgment or arrange to refund my money.
