I had ordered a few products on 3rd June’14 and was told that the same will reach the next day. I got a call from the delivery man on 5th June and i told him to come before 2 pm. Due to an important meeting, I couldnot attend his call and after discussion, he said he will deliver the package the next day.
The next day I had to visit the hospital urgently but I had arranged for receipt of the order. When he called me, he was so rude and stubborn that I was taken aback. He was adamant on waiting near his bike and insited that the receiver of the package goes to him and collect it. I requested him to come a few steps inside as I work in a Govt. Company and the campus of SCOPE COMPLEX is surrounded by Security Guards all over. But neither did he refuse to do that, he spoke really harshly and in an insulting manner. Finally I agreed to send the receiver to him. But to my surprise, he already left the place. This is a serious matter and people like him should not be allowed to deliver items.
I have still not received my package.
