refund money of order:2911443 which is cancelled by shopclue

sir i purchased a laptop from shopclue online shopping at 23march-13. they cancelled my product at 3rd april-13 due to shortage of product and mr narendra(sr person of shopclue) promissed that refund will be available within 48 hours. i did’nt get any refund till now.
