Non Replacement of faulty battery

Location/place: Bahadurgarh (Haryana)

Name of company/service: Exide

This is regarding my horrific experience that I faced while trying to get my battery replaced which by the way is still in guarantee period. It has been around a month that I have been talking to different exide representatives but to my utter disgust it all went down the drain.

I called up Customer Service center and I was told even though I have lost my guarantee card but still I can attach a copy of the bill of purchase that I have with me. The same was intimated to the service engineer in Rohtak but to my surprise the battery was rejected and sent back to me stating the same reason (absence of guarantee card).

I have never in my life being subjected to such disgust and horrible after sale services. It is now crystal clear that they never intended to replace the battery rather were only trying to make a fool out of me.

I have been talking to the following people but with no success;
