The product (Asus zenfone 4) has delivered on12 February 16.I open packag, I see Product well be broken (damaged), Battery in side the Mobil & Mobil sell open conditions.I have registered for return the product, they pickup return product on15 February 16 gojavas courier my Request no -863325 & docket no -P100002, But still refund not credited, I had many times customer care But still pending.

Please solve my problem.
