Medlife company sent a Harbal product on 18/05/2018 to my house for my father Jungol Chandra Banerjee vide order no- 1892SL004A through register Mobile No- 6294769212. This product has not required for my father because he is a cancer patient. So I canceled this product. After this product has been return by delivery boy on 25/05/2018 vide challan No- 1566411463895 dated 24/05/2018. But the company can not refund the amount to my bank A/c still now. I have sent my account details to Medlife through email and chat again and again with their agent. But I can getting any response from Midlife. Though I purchase family medicine from Medlife by online through my Mobile No- 760248130. Therefor you are requested to arrange refund the money to my account No-33099350740(SBI), IFSC- SBIN0000008 through NEFT.
