not refund my money

i purchased a jeans from snapdeal.com, order ID: 3125289451 | Order Placed on : 2014-10-11 00:28:53
suborder code: 4230748423
i had cancelled the order on 2014-10-17, but they didnt picked the item from home as their policy, so again i called them and they said that please send the item through any national courier services, so when they received the item they will refund my courier charges within 24 hours in my snapdeal account as SD CASH.
so i sent the item from First Flight courier services and my airbill no is P991M0148274.
but now they have not refund any amount in my a/c even after almost 2 months from the return date of item, even they are not responding me through any mail, sms or call. i hv called up regularly to know the status, but they did not respond me,
i am now frustrated of calling them for my money, please help me to get rid off from these fake website.
i want my money back ASAP. Please help me.
