I am Vodafone customer from ncr region, my account has been charged for 49 Rs 2 times in last 1 week for a service named dnld-d3c-gossip.pack 1 on 30 nov’14 and 1 on 7 dec’14, which i never authorized and didn’t even got a sms for activation. When contacting your CC got response that these charges can’t be reversed. Even telephonic conversation was a nightmare with your cce, as the guy was busy discussing his grocery list with someone and didn’t gave any proper response. I have already contacted your support mail 4 5 times with no luck. Please stop looting your loyal customer like this. Please revert these fraud charges and if you can’t at least show some courtesy of deactivating this service. If i find any fraud deduction in my account again after this you will surely lose 1 customer.
