Hi,
I bought a toy( RC helicopter) from Rediff.com. When the toy was delivered at my residential address it didn’t turn out in a good state. It was full of defects and doesn’t even looked like a new one.
I tried contacted them on their toll-free contact number but i didn’t got any response from their side.Then, I contacted Rediff.com through e-mail and finally i got response from them and they asked me return the toy along with the details of the courier charges incurred. I sent back the toy along with the details of the courier charges.
But after that i am not able to make any contact with them. Their customer care is absolutely non-responsive. The only thing i recieve from their side is apoligies.
The cost of the Toy was Rs. 879 and courier charges incurred by me were Rs. 350.
Please advise how should i escalate my issue.
