with deep satisfaction,

I would like to lodge a complaint against the airtel telecom services. I own a connection , for which I requested to change my plan from 1599 to 99 in may.

here are my grievances,

I requested for my bill plan to change.and I was out of station and when I come back I got to know that airtel is unnecessary put charges of that plan. I told airtel several times to resolve the bill issue but they didn’t. I have all the reference no also..my services right now are unavailable. I still told airtel that I will pay in parts to airtel so that they stop harassing by constantly calling 50 times a day.they agree but again switch off the connection.i am highly dissatisfied with airtel of charging for month..
please take it into consideration.
