I had ordered a combo pack of a Belt, watch and a wallet from HS18.com, with the order # 947665015, i returned the merchandise to them on july- 2 -2014 and they received it on july- 7- 2014, I have called them many times and every agent says that my complain has been forwarded on priority basis and will be resolved within 2-3 working days and the refund cheque will be initiated, this is going on from past 45 days they received the return and i havnt received any call or any email confirmation abt my return. I am tired calling them, very very poor cx service, i will not do any business with them again.
