complaint for poor consumer service

i am using pureit marvella water purifier at my residence.since 4th aug my device is leaking.i registered my first complain on 5aug itself but my problem had not been resolved.since then i have called the customer care umpteen number of times and even mailed the company twice but each time i am only promised a service within 48 hours.my service provider VARSHA ENTERPRISE said that the damaged part UV FLOAT is not available with them.my device is under warranty period and this is the second time the same part has given problem.water is an essential commodity and we have to purchase packaged water from outside since then.my furniture is also getting damaged due to water leakage.

i request you to take stringent action towards whomsoever it may concern so that my problem is solved immediately.
