I booked two plots in April, 2008 in proposed township by Yaduvanshi Developers in Pawta, Kot Putli-NH 8 Jaipur Highway. Net price of each plot was fixed at Rs. 9,20,000.00. I paid Rs. 6,32,494.00 for one plot, which was booked in my name Mahipal Singh. In March 2010, they cancelled the proposed township in Pawta, Kot Putli-NH 8 Jaipur Highway and transferred my money for another proposed township in Ajmer, Rajasthan. The name of the project was given- Ajmer greens. Allotment confirmation was also given for Plot No.-0021, Block No.-A-1 in my name. Now even after three years there is no development and no sanctioned plan. I have visited Ajmer and there is absolutely no development taking place.
I have applied for the refund of my deposited amount of Rs. 6,32,494.00. But they are refusing to give the money even after five years. They have also shifted their office three times. I have visited their present office in Noida many times, but they don’t give proper answer. If you don’t help me, I’m afraid that I will lose my hard earned money forever.
