Refund for failed transactions

I had tried recharging my Videocon d2h account on 8th December, while doing so I got error twice. Third time I tried through debit card option, which got through.
But my account got debited on all the three occasions. These transactions are not reversed.
As per HDFC bank the transactions was successful and Videcon has received the money.

If videocon D2H has not received the money, kindly confirm the same on the mail, so that I can go back to HDFC bank basis your confirmation.

Kindly look into the matter and kindly get my account refreshed with the amount.

I am following up with the videocon team, their nodal office, have also forwarded the confirmation mail received from HDFC bank which clearly says that the transaction was successful, but not getting any revert since last one month.
