Recharge Date or Refunf subscription pad by me on following compaint write up

I am DISH TV customer as VC no. 01504597856 since almost 10 years. As I am staying alone, DishTV services was my family member I was enjoying all Marathi channels and DTH radio. This time I had paid for Marathi superfamily pack one-year charges as per package linc provided to me by mail and also confirming by mail for getting complementary services for 60 more days. There were many mails from me in which I had stated I am happy with enjoying package what I am having since last recharges AND NOT INTERESTED FOR ANY ADDITIONAL PACKAGE/UPGRADE WHICH WILL COST ME MORE OR REDUCING MY VIEWING TIME.THUS I HAVE NOT REQUESTED FOR CHANGING TO LOWER PACKAGE/DOWN GRADE. Now DIshTV is not giving me commitment of next recharge date falling after 14 months as effect package fee paid by me I.e. Rs.3588 for Marathi Super Family Pack 0ne year subscription having 60days additional complementary free viewing or not refunding me Rs 3588 and discontinue me as customer. I am 71,complete I can’t sustain torture caused by very often argument by calling me and sending business promotional SMS from DISHTV. I had also written to CMD Dua on his write to him web portal, but there is no result. I believe only written correspondence like mail or recorded vice call DishTv can show me any of this to support not refunding my Money or giving 14months recharge date.
