Sir,I have deposited Rs. 40,000/- as the provisional admission fee in CSAB counselling 2013 for admission to the Centrally and State Funded technical Institutes.However,being not satisfied with the branch allotted to my son at Dr. BR Ambedkar National Institute of Technology,the seat was withdrawn.Inspite of frequent reminders through mails and phones,we have not been able to receive the refund amount from one year.The officials did not reply to even the information regarding the reason for elapsed time for refund asked though RTI.The details of the transaction and the candidate are as follows:
