No Refund for the damaged product from Snapdeal although the product has been returned to the Company

The website is www.snapdeal.com for the company Snapdeal. I have been chasing these people from last 20 days via mails and calls both. All these people only making fool me but no-one is ready to refund my money. I am totally fed-up with this Company. Please take a strict action on this company.
