Refund awaited

Dear Sir / Madam ,

I need to make a complain against a company called Ms.Latest one

I bought a watch from them which was defective and as per company policy I have returned the same .

Only got com

The defective pcs also delivered to there office but till date no refund is been made.

I have sent them multiple reminders but there is no response from there side .

Also trying there helpline number from last 3/4 days but its continuously busy.
