Refund and dispatch issue.

I have placed the order on 08/09/2013 through 100 Bestbuy, as per the email confirmation I suppose to get the product delivered within 8 days. After that I contact them, they said the product is not available you will get the refund by 3 days. On the same someone called me from backhand department and they confirmed that I will receive the product by 23/09/2013 but I have not received, so I called them again and they confirmed me that again the product is not available you will get the refund by 09/25/2013. Now they are behaving so weird and talking so rudely. Repeatedly disconnected my call. Please do the needful. I am really fade up by there activity. Thank you
