Dear Concern,
My mobile Model No.Casvas A-111 has incurred problem of Network & Heating so I had surrendered the piece in service Centre for repair on 09/09/2013 with job sheet no N030803-0913-5316461 & got the piece from them on 19/09/2013 but the problem lying as it is so again I submit the phone on service centre with the same problem on 23/09/2013 Under Job Sheet No N030803-0913-5542336 and also log the complaint on your customer care with complaint no 2409139663 on 24/09/2013 So requesting you to Replace My Handset as there is lot of harassment we have to bear visiting service centre again & again.
