i did an online transaction on 25th July 2014, requesting for an airtel broadband connection. As per the team the connection was not possible. since then i have been following up with them for the refund. the amount is small just INR 500 but its been 2 months.
as per their request i have forwarded them my credit card statement, CAF details (Transaction details online), but still there is no response from them.
