Refund against surrender of Walky

We have surrendered the Walky phone bearing number 011 65793352 on 19.08.2011 vide S N HRR 09-10/16211 Dt 19.08.2011 of Tata Teleservices Limited. The phone was surrendered at their connaught Place branch,New Delhi.

We have been told the refund shall be given by Cheque within 3 – 4 months . But still we have not recd any reply or refund till date .
