I was delivered a faulty Fuje zone touch pad which could not be switched on. Now when contacted for replacement, the call center guys are not responding properly. I was not even allowed to speak with some one senior there. I am told to visit the service center for getting this sorted out.
I have not even used the product. This is injustice.
