Refund

I have purchased a product worth Rs. 2799 from www.craftsvilla.com. The product did not meet my expectations so I had returned the product. Craftsvilla team has not yet refunded my money. They have informed me that money has already been transferred to my bank account but I have not received the same. I have checked with my customer care as well, they have confirmed that no such refund was made to my bank account.

I have raised this concern with Craftsvilla team but they only insist that money has been transferred without providing any proof.

Please address my issue.
