Dear Sir,
I paid 3650 to AirTel on 1st may 2013 by credit card for Install the DTH connection. Due to some problem they have not installed the connection & they told we will refund the money. I called the company regarding this matter they told within 10 days we will refund the money. But till date I didn’t received my cash back.

I received the mail regarding my payment. But till date I didn’t receive my payment or any details. Only I got commitments of payment refund within 10 working days.
