REDUCTION OF CIBIL SCORE

In the year 2007-08, I had an ABN AMRO Credit Card against which I was offered an scheme for which I was to pay Rs. 5800Rs and I was to get a card by which I was suppose to get 50% off on all fare and hotels in India. Since I was planning to visit Andaman, I agreed to the proposal but one month passed I did not get any card and the amount has also been shown in the next month bill. To this I took up the case with ABN AMRO several times but they did not send the card till the date so I did not pay the amount. That amount of Rs. 5800 they kept on reflecting in subsequent bills even after a lot of correspondence and meetings in bank. I stopped using ABN Amro credit card. To my surprise I recd a call from Phoenix Trust in 2015 for final settlement of the amount since RBS had taken over from ABN AMRO and Kotak has taken over from RBS. To get rid of this CIBIL issue I paid Rs. 1800 as a final settlement accordingly NO DUES CERTIFICATE has been issued on 22 Apr 15, Contract No. R1CP199319, Reference No. P:2012-13:099001, Account/CARD No. 5425051751016782. But till the date my CIBIL score has not been cleared. I use credit card of ICICI and CITI bank since last 10 years and there have never been any problem. Kindly clear my CIBIL Score issue to enable me to get loans in future if required.
