No. 9824185442 Phone No. 0261-2781516. refered by Dr. Heena N Parikh Surat cont no.0261-2783887 but the above medical store changed the medicines without the concern Dr. and give heavy dose which effect my wife health one day and still I don’t know how much will be the side effect. I request you to take action aginst this medical store.
