Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased Redmi 4A mobile thru online Redmi site on 28.07.17 being Order Id is #5170728332043773 and get delivery on 03.08.17 but suddenly display not working on 24.08.17 and submitted at service center on 25.08.17 (Service Request Number is WXIN1708250002283). Now i want to replace the said mobile with new one but company (Redmi) deny to do this.
Please do the needful.
