Postpaid Payment discrepancy

This month on 3rd August, I have paid my idea telecom postpaid bill of number *****91265 through online payment method via hdfc bank account.
The amount of bill payment was 400 INR, and was successfully completed. The idea telecom company called and sent message to pay the bill although it was paid by me.
i posted a mail to idea customer care on 14th August with the all bank details with reference number and notation number provided by bank as an attachment.
i got message from idea to get complain cleared by 28th august. also i visited idea store on 28th august and provided the required details and documents of bank statement but still there is no result found from the company so i posted this complaint to the forum.
hope proper actions should be taken against my complaint.
