Red Tape shoes – Torn out within 6 months duration

I had purchased a pair of Red Tape shoes from Kneetoes Footwear in October, i used those shoes for 4 months and they were torn from inside, i could not get time to go back to them with issue, by the time i went it was 6 months but when i went they said that we can neither replace it or repair it. They said they will send it to Red Tape company to check if they can do something but when enquired they informed that they rejected to replace or repair. Now when i asked for the repair atleast, they say it will be charged. Please help me with this issue.
