Inadequate Service & No Transparency

I have a profile in Bharat Matrimony,B1248310, for my daughter..When the executives Shankar Maity and Suchandra had visited our place for creating the profile and when the relationship manager,Dipanwita Pradhan contacted us,she said she would be contacting us with profiles every alternate day and a lot other things weren’t explained to us transparently.I tried contacting the people’s profiles we liked,but messages couldnot be sent.When the customer care executives were contacted,they informed 200 msgs can be sent in 12 hrs.When Nidhi,service manager,contacted us today she said,norms are changed,then y arent the executives updated about the same????I find things unclear.Now we are informed 4 profiles can be sent or contacted in a week by the manager.The same wasnt informed when the manager first contacted us.First,I thought I would like to either change my membership or change my manger.We are not satisfied by the experience in last one week,. I do understand about the personalised message thing.But our relationship manager is not working.At the begining,we were told the manager would contact us on an alternate day basis with profile but now we are informed its only 4 profiles a week.We are highly dissappointed with the experience.We would like to transfer our membership from Assisted Matrimony to other memebership[s u have on board.We have been fooled but no more now.If its not done from your end,we have to escalate the complaint to higher authorities.Money is not the factor but there is no transparency.
I am sorry to say now its really getting on my nerves.There is serious problem between sales team and relationships managers and whatever Nidhi told me,we dint opt for personalised mail option,it was because,it was never communicated to us.I am not sure after this,whether Dipanwita Pradhan and Nidhi will be working towards the profile.It would be better for Nidhi if she stops lecturing about marriage and works on her designated job profile.I have wasted enough time speaking to Suchandra,Dipanwita Pradhan and Nidhi Burman.They are just trying to cover up each other’s faults.We have been thoroughly hassled because of this last ten days.I really dont have time for all this.Now I am gonna not only escalate it to higher levels of Bharat Matrimony but even legally.

    My name is Jayanta Bhattacharya.My profile id is B477348. I had the similar experience like Prapti. I have also renewed the service in July..Prior to that my RM was Deepanita Pradhan.I just made repeated number of complains to their Chennai office.Even I threatened to go in arbitration court. Thereafter they changed my RM. But I have faced same difficulty as earlier. it seems that they are just doing business.
    They send the number of profiles only. But those are of no use. Any one can browse and do the same job on their own. it is just money making business. Pls donot expect best service from them .
