Hi,
I had a tata docomo broadband connection. They gave me a wrong bill. I informed them about that.However, They gave me a settlement letter against INR 10452.00/- with following content:

We have received the amount of Rs.: 8000.00/- By CASH & CHAQUE DATE 12 Sep. gainst Full and Final settlement of your Account subject to cheque realisation
This letter is issued on your request and we trust this is to your satisfaction.
Let me assure you that it is our earnest effort to provide with the highest standard of service & it is a feedback from a valuable customer like you that helps us improve.
The letter Should accompany Receipt if payment is made in cash.

The person who gave the this letter is Mr. SHREEKANT SALUNKE(Mob. No-9225584888, email- Id -).
Now, I am getting constatnt call from there recovery agents that you have not paid a INR 2452.00/-. Why are you not paying the remaining amount.
I have written to Mr. Shashikant Pawar([email protected]), Mr. Lalit Goswami( Lalit Gosavi [email protected]) and Mr. Shyam Pillai( Shyam Pillai [email protected]) about this. Still I have not gotten any resolution.
What shall I do ??
