CONTINUOS HARASSMENT

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Reliance Communications Limited

I have a datacard connection–9313408810.
Despite my having specifically opted for a hard copy of the monthly bill to be sent to me for payment, the company reesorts to harassing me every 2/3 monthsw by sending me mails stating that since I have opted for email Billing facility, bills are being sent by emails.I had never opted for ebilling facility.

Whenever I write to their President in Mumbai the company starts sending me hard copies of the monthly statements but stops within 2/3 months on the ame misleading plea that since I have opted for ebilling only ebills would be sent. I have been totally harassed by this Company.
