Recharge successfull but dont get balance

Name of company/service: Reliance

Respected authority,
My mobile no is 9641392823 reliance GSM. I have done a 116 online recharge from reliance official website on 6th July’13 (11.56 pm) but did not get any balance.
When I am contacting with customer care and also their seniors they are saying they have credited the balance to my number,but I didn’t get balance till now.Now I am not able to call customer care also they blocked my number;
