Charging for unasked for services

Name of company/service: IDEA 3G data

3 months back, i took a new IDEA 3G data connection for my tablet. Since the first billing cycle, i am having problem with them regarding unasked for services activation and charging for that.

I had complained to their Customer centre, call centre and email services but they are just not ready to acknowledge. Eventhough telling them to discontinue every other services other than data card (though i had not asked for any), the new message for x charges levied on me keeps on popping everytime. I have also registed DND and No Flash message , but eventhough after doing that the message keeps on coming saying that i have activated this service of IDEA and am supposed to pay Y amount for it.

I have been fighting with them since 3 months and they are not heeding to my complaints. So now i refuse to pay for anything except for the legitimate services utilised by me.
